We accept returns or exchanges on items that are in new condition, unworn and complete with tags. However, we cannot accept returns on any personalised items as these are made to order under instruction from the customer.

 

We can not offer return postage on any items, this will be the responsibility of the customer.  Details of were to send an item will be available upon request of a refund or exchange.

 

We will not be held liable of the item until it has been received by Dotty Rascal Clothing UK and we advise using a tracked postal service to ensure safe arrive.
